Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the fertifacts™ website or purchase the research summary, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we do not collect on the free quiz

The free results screen runs entirely in your browser. We do not send your quiz answers to our servers until you purchase the research summary. While you are on the free quiz, the only data sent to us is aggregated, non-identifying analytics (see below).

What we collect when you buy

When you buy the fertifacts™ research summary, we collect and process:

• Your email address (so we can deliver the PDF)
• The general quiz inputs you chose (age bracket, lifestyle inputs)
• The computed statistical outputs generated from published research
• Your purchase record (via our payment processors)

We do not collect your name unless you enter it voluntarily, and we do not request or store Social Security numbers, clinical diagnoses, lab results, or other sensitive identifiers.

How we use this data

• To generate and deliver your personalized PDF research summary
• To fulfill our obligations under the refund policy
• To send you the PDF by email and, if you opt in, occasional educational content
• To measure the performance of our marketing on an aggregated basis

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your quiz inputs to train external AI models or share them outside the vendors listed below.

Service providers we rely on

• Stripe and PayPal - payment processing. We do not store your full card details.
• Cloudflare - hosting for our worker infrastructure, PDF storage, and content delivery.
• Anthropic (Claude API) - to compose the personalized narrative in your PDF from your quiz inputs. Inputs are transmitted for this purpose and are not used by Anthropic to train models.
• Systeme.io - hosting for the website and delivery of transactional and opted-in emails.
• Amplitude (EU zone) - aggregated usage analytics such as page views and button clicks.
• Meta (Facebook Pixel / Conversions API) - advertising performance measurement.

Data retention

Your quiz inputs, generated PDF, and purchase record are retained for up to 24 months after your purchase for customer-support, refund, and bookkeeping purposes, then deleted or anonymized. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).

Access, deletion, correction

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to opt out of certain uses.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, email hello@drmaxmulke.com from the email address associated with your purchase.

EU/UK residents: Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have additional rights including the right to object to processing. Our legal basis is contract performance (delivering the PDF), legitimate interest (analytics, fraud prevention), and consent where required (marketing cookies).

Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site, and analytics / advertising cookies only with your consent where required by law. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser.

How we protect your data

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards (encrypted connections, access controls, reputable vendors). No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Children

Our service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be communicated by email when possible.
